De volta ao Brasil, em 2000, Francesca trabalhou com consultorias para fábricas, aprendendo sobre o mercado: "Quem entrega, quem paga em dia, quem atrasa etc.". No início de 2003, abriu sua marca. "Eu tinha o know-how de distribuição, exportação, queria fazer um produto de luxo e resolvi fazer sapatos". Nas solas de couro dos sapatos de Francesca Giobbi há uma frase curiosa impressa em inglês: God is faithful (Deus é fiel). Adoro.
